Brief and Site Review
We agree the brief and study the site together, its constraints, its context and the authority requirements that will shape what can be built there. Clear expectations set at the start save cost and time later.

Concept and Design Development
June leads the design in-house, from first concept and massing to resolved drawings. You see the idea take shape and stay part of the decisions, so the scheme is right before it goes anywhere near an approval.

Authority Submissions and Documentation
This is where a design becomes buildable. We prepare the full documentation and take it to the authorities, working the plan reviews, fire, safety and public health requirements in person until the approvals are earned. It is the step most practices dread and the one Kelvin's team is built for.

Construction and Delivery
SSS Archilink carries the project on site, coordinating consultants, contractors, cost and programme through to handover. The same team that drew it stays accountable until you are standing in the finished building.
