Information we collect

This is a static website with no account system and no tracking. It does not collect personal information in the background. The only information you give us is what you choose to send, through the enquiry form on the contact page, or when you email, call or message us.

When you send the enquiry form, it posts to Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Netlify records the submission and tells us it has arrived, and we read it from there and reply by email. Whatever you put in the form, which may include your name, email address, phone number, project type and your description of the project, is held in our account with Netlify and in our own email.

Netlify checks every submission for spam using Akismet, a filtering service run by Automattic. This means the contents of what you send pass through that check before reaching us. Both companies act as our processors and handle the data under their own privacy terms, which we do not control. Nothing you send through the form is published on this website.

If you would rather not use the form at all, write to us at junarchitectmy@gmail.com, call the studio, or send a WhatsApp message. Those reach us directly and involve neither Netlify nor Akismet.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

• This site uses no analytics of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no third party tracking of any sort.
• The site sets no cookies at all, whether functional, marketing or advertising.
• Your browser stores a single small preference for the light or dark theme on your own device, in your browser's own local storage. It never leaves your browser and is not sent to us.

Third party links

Some links, such as the WhatsApp link and web fonts, connect to services run by other companies. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Following such a link is your choice.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiries for as long as is reasonable to answer you and to maintain a record of the work. Form submissions sit in our Netlify account and in our email, and we clear them from Netlify once they have been answered and recorded. You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have sent.
