JUN Architect is a registered architect firm based in Perak, Malaysia, carrying a family practice heritage that reaches back to 1990. We design buildings that get built. From homes and high-rises to commercial centres, schools, temples and heritage streets, the work is measured by what stands on the ground, not by what looks good on paper.

Two Firms, One Team
Most projects are lost in the gap between the office that designs and the office that builds. We closed that gap by keeping design and delivery under one roof.
JUN Architect leads the design. Every commission is developed here, from first concept and massing through design development to the detailed documentation that goes before the authorities. The design intent and the drawings stay in the practice's own hand, so nothing is diluted when a scheme moves from a sketch to a submission to a site.
Sister company SSS Archilink Sdn. Bhd. carries the delivery. In project management since 2003, it takes responsibility for consultant coordination, cost and schedule control, and the construction itself, right through to handover. Because both companies answer to the same family and the same team, the person who drew the detail is still accountable when it is poured.

Who Carries the Work
June Chow
June Chow founded JUN Architect and leads its design and its practice. She sets the concept, the massing and the material language of each commission, and keeps the drawings in the practice's own hand from first sketch to the documentation that goes before the authorities. Her work spans the range of the portfolio, from the Meiziya cultural corridor and the Sitiawan church museum to public housing and the conservation of Ipoh's heritage streets. For her a design is only a promise until it is standing, so the practice is built around delivery rather than presentation.
Kelvin Chow
Kelvin Chow is the Chief Project Officer and carries the path from an approvable drawing to a completed handover, leading it through sister company SSS Archilink. His focus is delivery and authority submissions: the plan reviews with local councils, the fire, safety and public health requirements, and the coordination of engineers, contractors, cost and programme across a live site. On projects such as the FELCRA settler housing and the Kampar transit hub, it is this discipline that turned the drawings into occupied, operating places. He stays accountable until the client is standing in the finished building.
